Do you know a book which based from blog named “my stupid Boss” I thought you must be know, Coz it’s very famous and it’s so funny, I’ve read the blog’s too (and I not read the book yet :D)
And now, I have a title for my posting “My Wishy-Washy Boss”

Yesss…u can named it but I really not understand with the way he made an agreement with the proposal that I’ve submitted.Hrrrr..it’s really makes me wanna pinch him until bloody marry trilyly.

I’ve said to him, I wanna plant apple just for experiment, is it fit in there or not, it’s a pilot project right??how can we know that’s not fit with the climate if we not try it?. And the big boss said, it’s ok, plant everything u think it will good or just make it the pilot project so you can learn from there. And he said “Okay..do it, take the fund from big boss’s account”, and he asked me for the apple seed price comparison.

Okay, I asked all the seller in that market, there’s just 1000 until 2000 different price. I made the report, the estimate how much we will spent it and I took it to him. And I thought u can guess what he said, I don’t think these apple can fit there, you must find another plant that will grow well there. You must reviewed this again later.

And I browsed some plants that google said it still can grow well there, I asked the farmer there, what can grow well in this farm, after I’ve got some opinion, I told that to him, and you know laahh he said Ok..Ok..and I’m not doing it yet. Yesss yesterday he told me again, do not plant weird plants that CAN’T grow well, and what for you make a flower garden?it won’t make an profit for us. I thought this is just a pilot project farm, beside the profit and I can learn from there.Geeezzz….

And the worse he said, find another but must be a guy, we prefer from Agriculture senior high, it’s more easy to handle. Yesterday, we looking for a bachelor just think bachelor has more knowledge than senior school. CMIIW those statement means, me as a bachelor doesn’t have knowledge bout agriculture??yess offcourse lah SIR!!!!i’m not a plantation major..i’m social economic majoring!!and you know what???i really hate this job..i just expect money from you.

But I thought as a boss you can speak more polite than make a statement like that.

One person again, he’s a marketing crew and also ‘everything about cows just ask him’ person. I’ve planned to sell big boss cows after this Kuningan, not means in Manis Kuningan, and then I told him.

He said..okay..okay on manis kuningan the price will be good on that day. And the I told boss that we’ll sell those stupid cows in Sunday. And he (the marketing crew) complain to me. How come u asked me to selling cows on holiday?oh may..oh may..and I answered, but you’ve told me on Sunday!
And then I said, okay we go on Wednesday. He said, yeesss I agree that’s won’t disturbing my holiday!!

Geeeezzzz…if you want on Wednesday. What for you’ve told me you want on Sunday??

Ouuhh… I hope God give me the way with job that I’ve applied on another place..pliis..pliiss..pliss..
